We’re delighted to announce that we have successfully secured planning permission for a rural workers dwelling on behalf of our client, a dedicated and fast-growing racehorse trainer based in Ardleigh, Essex.

Overcoming Previous Refusals and Appeals

Our client had made two previous attempts to secure planning consent for a rural workers dwelling, both of which were refused by Tendring District Council. Unfortunately, both subsequent appeals were also dismissed.
